Family Case Management (FCM) Program is Here to Help! FCM offers pregnancy tests for women of child bearing age. If the pregnancy test is positive the woman is connected to one of Effingham County Health Department’s Public Health Nurses. The Public Health Nurse will assist the mother-to-be with necessary services.
