Public Health Nurse
Full-time, Mon- Fri
Salary Range: $27 – $32
Performs registered nursing duties as established by policies and procedures set forth by the USDA/Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program, the Better Birth Outcomes – Comprehensive (BBO-C). program, the Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes Reporting System (APORS) Program, Genetics, Immunizations, the Lead Program, Communicable Disease Program, and the State of Illinois.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Proficient computer skills
- TB Test and immunizations (exemptions forms available)
PREFERRED:
- Current CPR certification
- Phlebotomy skills
Financial Assistant
Full-Time, 40 hours a week
Salary Range $20 – $22
Performs accounting functions, with an emphasis on Insurance billing and providing back up for clinic and phones during busy times. Accounting functions include but not limited to; accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment posting and bank deposits. Will also work closely with employees to ensure payroll reports, time studies, and purchasing documents are complete and turned in and properly filed, resolve time clock discrepancies and tracking employee benefit time. Insurance billing using the EMR to submit claims, find/use available resources to prevent, follow up, and resolve denied claims and research to say up to date on reimbursement rates and CPT codes.
Qualifications: Associates degree in Accounting or related field, computer knowledge, detail oriented and organized, valid driver’s license, completes annual TB test or assessment and receives recommended vaccinations or has a signed declination form on file.
